Feel like a new man!
After seeing the great results my wife and son got from going to Stackis Chiropractic I thought I would give them a try. For several months I had many aches and pains that had begun to bother my hip and knee. It was interfering with my walking and everyday activities and I needed relief. My condition started improving shortly into my care with Dr. Jeff. With continued care my symptoms have subsided and I feel better than I have in a long time! More Concentration
A coworker suggested I go see Dr. Jeff because he specializes in the Activator method of instrument adjusting. I had been having low back pain since 2006 and pain medications were not helping. I was experiencing sharp, shooting pain as well as numbness and tingling, which was making my everyday activities a lot more challenging. Severe Knee Pain
I had been severely suffering with knee pain that was starting to go up into my back. Getting in and out of a car was a challenge for me and walking aggravated my symptoms. With the pain I was having I was not able to do my normal daily activities as I wanted. Headaches Sufferer

Pain shooting into my right leg
Since starting chiropractic care with Dr. Jeff my everyday activities have been much easier to get through. Pain radiating down my arm
I first came to Stackis Chiropractic years ago because I had been having back pain. This current episode of pain was due to a fall on the ice. I had pain in my right shoulder that was radiating down my arm. This was making my everyday activities more difficult. Sciatica and back pain
At my age and how active I am, I could not deal with the sciatica and back pain anymore. I suffered for three months and took many pain pills before listening to my daughter and going to see Dr. Jeff. I had been to Stackis Chiropractic several years ago for back pain so when I had a recent aggravation I knew exactly where to go. My job requires me to stand all day and this pain was making me very uncomfortable and hard to get around. I tried exercising, a heating pad and OTC medications but none were successful. Daily headaches and suffering from fibromyalgia
When I first came to Dr. Stackis, I was having daily headaches and suffering from fibromyalgia and pain throughout my whole body. I had a terrible time sleeping, both trying to get to sleep because of the pain as no position was comfortable as well as only getting a couple hours of sleep a night at one time. Thanks to his adjustments my body has adapted and I no longer have headaches and my pain all over my body has lessened to where I want to do things again. I also like that Dr. Jeff uses instrument adjustments rather than pulling or twisting my spine. Now I am able to sleep about 6 hours a night straight through. I used to take pain pills every day to survive the pain, but now it’s at a minimum.
Before I saw Dr. Stackis, I was exhausted all of the time and in constant pain from head to toe. With his adjustments and advice, I have gotten stronger and the best news is I don’t hurt like I did.
He and his staff are wonderful, caring people. I wish there were more like them.

More energy and happier!
I was rear ended 4 years ago which caused me to have ongoing back pain. It had gotten so sever I couldn’t hardly stand, sit or walk, I was also suffering with neuropathy which was causing many other symptoms that lead me to take lots of medications. While out of town visiting my daughter she suggested I go see her chiropractor who then referred me to see Dr. Jeff when I returned home. Since starting care with Dr. Jeff I have had very little to no pain and I can fully enjoy all of my activities now and can move around much better. Medications were not helping my sinus problems
My mom first brought me to Stackis Chiropractic because I had been having sinus problems for the last 4 ½ years. I was taking lots of medications but they were not working as we had hoped. Was able to take a family trip!
With a 40 hour car ride to Oregon coming up, I knew I had to do something for my low back pain or I wasn’t going to make it. Over the last few years I had several episodes of low back pain and it was getting progressively worse over the last few months. I started care with Dr. Jeff two weeks before my trip and was able to make it there and back without any back pain! My exercises are now a lot easier and playing volleyball is more enjoyable as well. I had headaches for twenty years!

I suffered from migraine headaches for about 6 years. They were so bad I went to a neurologist. I was given a couple of prescriptions because my migraines were so painful. One of my medications was what we called the “CRISIS” migraine medicine because it was to be used when my migraines were at their worst. At the time I made an appointment to see Dr. Jeff I was taking my “CRISIS” medication on a daily basis and that’s why I felt I needed to seek out an alternative to my medications. I met Dr. Jeff and Linda at the Kennedy Mall where they were having a Spinal Health Screening. I had seen they had a computer to do different tests to see how my nervous system and muscles were working.

No time for migraine headaches
I had suffered from headaches my entire life and as an adult developed migraine headaches. My migraines were severe and debilitating. In fact, my first experience with a migraine was so frightening that I was taken to the emergency room of a local hospital. Life without low back pain!

Able to have more fun
I had body aches from my head to my toes. I was also having back pain and recovering from a herniated disc in my neck. I was going to Physical Therapy for my herniated disc and was taking a lot of prescription medications for my pain. Has helped with my asthma
I came to Stackis Chiropractic because I saw the progress my husband Dan was making with his back problems. Even though I didn’t have any aches and pains I had been suffering from asthma, allergies and sinus problems for years. I used an inhaler and a nebulizer for treatment. No more sciatica!

A Good Night's Sleep

Fewer Headaches

In my line of work I am always stooping over picking up babies and it was a challenge for me with my hip and low back pain. I was not sleeping well or able to go walking like I wanted. I was skeptical about going to a chiropractor but my neighbor told me about Dr. Jeff and his instrument adjusting.
I took her advice and after just a few adjustments I began to notice improvement. With continued chiropractic care with Dr. Jeff I am more flexible, I sleep better, bending over is a lot easier, I can ride in cars and walk up and down stairs without all the pain. Now I can enjoy my work a lot more as well. What I like most about Stackis Chiropractic is the great late hours, the friendly staff and Dr. Jeff’s wonderful adjustments!

Less headaches and pain pills!
For forty years I had been suffering with headaches and they were getting worse these last few years. I felt as though I was taking too many pain pills that were not helping and needed to find a new solution. I saw an ad in the Telegraph Herald for Stackis Chiropractic and recognized a previous co-worker so I thought I’d give them a try. I noticed quick improvement and no longer have to suffer through my daily activities and I am not waking up with pain or a headache anymore either. My wife has also noticed my wonderful changes and has also started care with Dr. Jeff!
